Having your own domain name (ie: www.yourbusinessname.com.au) is the first step to building an online presence. Colour Logic can search for suitable domain names for your business, secure the name of your choice if it is available, and then invoice you each year as it is due for renewal.
If you already have your own domain name, Colour Logic can transfer it over for no charge and then invoice you when it is due for renewal each year, so you can keep all your website costs together.
Alternatively, you can keep your domain name with your current registrar and Colour Logic can simply point your domain name to your new website.

Your website needs to be hosted somewhere for it to function on the World Wide Web. These prices vary depending on what you need your site to do, how many emails you require, whether you need to be able to make changes to your website yourself and how many products you have to sell.
The hosting is cheaper if you don't require any shopping cart facility, require up to only 5 email accounts and don't need to update or manage your website yourself as Colour Logic creates it purely using HTML, CSS and JS coding.
To update and manage the content of your website at your own convenience, or if you require more email accounts or a shopping cart facility, Colour Logic uses a content management system (CMS). It is easy to use if you have experience with Microsoft Word. No software is required, just a computer with internet connection. To make simple text changes and photo uploads will usually only take 1 to 2 hours of training.
